Biography:

Jasmine Watson (b. 1998, USA) was a late bloomer in the artistic world. She wasn’t gifted with the talents of drawing or painting from birth the way she thought all artists were supposed to be.

During her junior year of high school, Jasmine took her first photography class and fell in love with the medium. She was initially taught on a 35mm film camera and quickly learned the importance of getting an image right the first time. These skills have served her well in the transition to a primarily digital working methodology.

Jasmine finds her artistic voice in the beauty of the details. The majority of her work focuses on the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. Jasmine is based in the Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art Degree in Photography from Northern Kentucky University (2020).
